Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 March 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service explain how you may use Bundlr. They apply when you browse the site, create an account, list items, negotiate trades, send messages, upload content, make payments, receive payouts, or otherwise use the platform.

Bundlr is a trading card marketplace and trade-management platform. We provide software and operational tools to help users discover cards, negotiate deals, pay, ship, track progress, and raise disputes. We do not usually own, inspect, authenticate, store, or take title to the cards listed by users.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use Bundlr. If you use Bundlr on behalf of a business, club, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must only use Bundlr if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and comply with these terms. You are responsible for making sure your use of the platform is lawful where you live.

  • Give accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.
  • Keep your email address, shipping details, and payout details up to date.
  • Protect your password, devices, recovery codes, and any other account credentials.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
  • Do not create accounts for other people without permission or try to bypass a suspension or ban.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless you promptly notify us of an unauthorised use and reasonably cooperate with our security checks.

3. How Bundlr works

Bundlr brings together buyers, sellers, and traders of trading cards. The platform may show prices, card data, shipping options, trade values, payment flows, and other tools to help users make decisions, but you remain responsible for the deals you agree to.

  • We may provide workflows for offers, counter-offers, bundled deals, and trade confirmation.
  • We may hold, route, or release funds through payment providers according to platform rules and risk checks.
  • We may show shipping events, labels, tracking information, and delivery status from carriers or shipping partners.
  • We may review messages, uploads, trade history, and evidence where needed for fraud prevention, support, or disputes.

Bundlr is not a grading service, escrow bank, postal carrier, insurer, or legal adviser. We do not guarantee that any user will complete a transaction, that every item description will be accurate, or that shipping services will perform without delay or loss.

4. Listings, offers, and deals

Users must describe cards and other items honestly. This includes condition, authenticity, edition, language, quantity, included accessories, and any defects or material issues that would matter to the other side.

  • Only list items you have the right to sell or trade.
  • Do not list counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or materially misdescribed items.
  • Do not manipulate listings, values, offers, or negotiation flows in a misleading way.
  • Only accept a deal if you genuinely intend and are able to complete it.

When a deal is accepted on Bundlr, both sides are expected to follow through unless the platform, payment workflow, dispute outcome, or applicable law permits cancellation. We may set time limits for responding, paying, shipping, or confirming delivery and may treat missed deadlines as a failure to complete the deal.

5. Payments, fees, holds, and payouts

Payments on Bundlr are processed by third-party providers, including Stripe and Stripe Connect where relevant. Their terms and privacy notices also apply to the parts of the payment flow they handle.

  • Platform fees, payment charges, shipping charges, promotions, and any discounts should be shown in the relevant flow or summary.
  • We may change our fees, introduce new paid features, or end promotional pricing, including early-access offers, by updating the platform or these terms.
  • We may place funds on hold while a transaction is pending, while delivery is being confirmed, while a dispute is open, or while fraud and compliance checks are being carried out.
  • We may delay or refuse payouts where we believe there is fraud, a chargeback risk, a breach of these terms, missing information, or a legal or compliance issue.
  • You are responsible for taxes, duties, customs charges, and reporting obligations that apply to your activity on Bundlr unless the law requires otherwise.

You must not misuse chargebacks, payment reversals, bank disputes, or claims processes. If you open a payment dispute in bad faith, or in a way that conflicts with an agreed Bundlr workflow, we may suspend your account, reverse credits where possible, recover related costs, or limit further use of the platform.

6. Shipping, delivery, and transaction completion

Where Bundlr provides shipping tools, labels, tracking, or delivery status, you must still package items properly, use lawful addresses, and comply with carrier rules. The sender is responsible for dispatching the correct items on time and with any required protection or tracking.

  • Use accurate shipping names and addresses.
  • Ship within the required timeframe once payment or trade confirmation allows dispatch.
  • Keep evidence of dispatch and delivery where requested.
  • Do not falsely mark an item as shipped, delivered, received, or complete.

Delivery dates, carrier estimates, and tracking events may be approximate and may depend on third parties. A transaction may only be treated as complete once the required platform conditions have been met, which may include delivery confirmation, expiry of a buyer protection period, or resolution of a dispute.

7. Disputes, refunds, and investigations

If something goes wrong, Bundlr may allow either side to open a dispute and submit text, images, tracking, and other evidence. You must use dispute tools honestly and in good faith.

  • We may ask for additional information, photographs, or documents before deciding an outcome.
  • We may decide that funds should be released, refunded, partially refunded, or held pending more information.
  • We may close a dispute if the evidence is incomplete, misleading, abusive, or outside the relevant time window.
  • We may consider platform logs, messages, tracking updates, prior account history, and fraud signals when making decisions.

Our dispute tools are part of the service, not a court or arbitration scheme. We may make reasonable decisions based on the information available to us, but we do not promise that every decision will satisfy every user or replace any rights you may have under law.

8. User content, messages, and uploads

You may submit content such as profile information, listings, photos, messages, reviews, dispute evidence, and other materials. You keep ownership of content you create, but you give Bundlr a non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the platform.

  • You must have the rights needed to upload or share your content.
  • You must not upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or obscene content.
  • We may remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe breaches these terms, our policies, or the law.
  • We may preserve and review content where needed for support, security, fraud prevention, or disputes.

Messaging, trade notes, reviews, and other user content may be visible to the relevant counterparty and, where necessary, to Bundlr staff or service providers helping us operate the service.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse Bundlr or use it in a way that harms users, the platform, or third parties.

  • Fraudulent listings, counterfeit goods, stolen items, or intentional misrepresentation.
  • Manipulating prices, reviews, reputation, offers, or dispute outcomes.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, extortion, or abusive behaviour in messages or uploaded content.
  • Payment abuse, chargeback misuse, money laundering, or attempts to bypass fraud controls.
  • Uploading malware, scraping the service, probing for vulnerabilities, or interfering with the platform.
  • Using bots, fake accounts, or account sharing to avoid fees, limits, moderation, or suspensions.
  • Using Bundlr in breach of export controls, sanctions, postal restrictions, or other applicable laws.

10. Bundlr intellectual property

Bundlr and its branding, site design, software, text, graphics, workflows, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. Except where the law allows it, you must not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from our service without permission.

Trading card brands, publisher names, artwork, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these terms gives you rights in third-party intellectual property.

11. Suspension, termination, and service changes

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, created risk for other users, failed a compliance or identity check, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if we need to protect the platform or comply with the law.

  • We may remove listings, pause deals, hold payouts, limit messaging, or restrict account features while reviewing an issue.
  • We may keep records needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and enforcement after closure of an account.
  • You may stop using the service at any time, but open transactions, fees, refunds, and disputes may still need to be completed first.

Bundlr may evolve over time. We may add, remove, pause, or change features, including early-access or beta features, where reasonably necessary for product, security, operational, or legal reasons.

12. Disclaimers and limits on liability

We work to provide a reliable and safer marketplace experience, but Bundlr is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful delivery, perfect fraud detection, or that every listing, message, or user statement will be accurate or lawful.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to that, Bundlr will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability relating to a claim will be limited to the greater of the fees you paid to Bundlr for the relevant transaction or GBP 100, unless a different limit is required by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may notify you through the site, by email, or by another reasonable method. The updated version will apply from the stated "last updated" date.

If you continue to use Bundlr after the updated terms take effect, you agree to the revised terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and close out any open activity in line with our active workflows.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent that mandatory laws in your place of residence apply differently. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Questions about these terms can be submitted via the contact form.
